Join us SATURDAY MARCH 17 for the New York State Maple Producers Association annual Maple Weekend!

Wellspring Forest Farm will have sugarbush tours, tastings of sap and syrup, live music, food, and a local farmers market. 

The event is FREE and open to the public.

Wellspring is also open on SUNDAY from 10am to 4pm for self-guided tours, sales of our products, and a Mushroom Workshop. (NO food or music on Sunday.) Sunday includes a Mushroom Inoculation Workshop from 11 - 1pm, for $30pp; learn to grow your own mushrooms outside and take a log home to get started!
