The Green Mountain Playboys perform high energy Cajun music made for dancing. Based in the traditional Cajun style of southwest Louisiana, the Playboys feature Rosie Newton on fiddle, Alec Ellsworth on accordion, Paul Martin on guitar, June Drucker on bass, and Lee Blackwell on drums. Their repertoire includes two-steps, blues, and waltzes with a fresh, modern approach to time-tested songs of love, heartbreak, and intrigue. The Playboys have shared a stage with Cajun greats such as Steve Riley, the Revelers, Dewey Balfa, Jesse Lege, Tracy Schwarz and Preston Frank.
