(Part 2 will be held in December when we will sit down to relax with the BD crew to celebrate the 2018 harvest)
Black Diamond’s orchards are some of the oldest cider-focused in the country, and have set the stage for the unique, abundant and exceptional quality of Finger Lakes cider community.
ON OUR BLOG... A PREVIEW OF THIS EVENT!
Join founder Ian Merwin, his crew of family and trusted colleagues as we taste some exciting variety specific ciders and discuss how these varieties perform specifically in the Finger Lakes. Ian brings 30 years of apple growing and research to bear on our discussion, and can answer any questions you’ll have on the subjects of FLX geology, geography, soil types, growing conditions and an exceptional understanding of where we are at in cider culture today.
Drop in any time between 2 - 5 pm to taste through 4 unique SV and dual variety ciders. Free tastings and 10% off all Black Diamond ciders!
