Ithaca, NY based singer-songwriter, Jen Cork has a passion for dirt, 1904 uprights, vocal layering, and found sounds. While her live performances are often warm and simple acoustic guitar-filled folk/jazz to-dos buoyed by an endearingly awkward stage presence, her studio work braids the organic with the technological, seeking balance in a world where beauty can be either/both. Jen is either/both, after all. Jen’s versatile voice is her shining star, having drawn comparisons to Rhiannon Giddens, kd Lang, and Amy Ray. She has performed at countless venues over the last decade and a half including The Rongovian Embassy, Grassroots Festival of Music and Dance, and Rockwood Music Hall.
