This is our 5th annual cider celebration dinner with Redbyrd Orchard Cidery.
Come meet Eric Shatt and Deva Maas, cidermakers & owners of Redbyrd Orchard Cidery. They will talk about their small family-run holistically managed orchard and cidery nestled in the rolling hills of the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York; where they grow heirloom, wild seedling, and European cider apples to produce distinct orchard-based ciders.
