Ian Merwin is our mentor and the grand master of orcharding in the Finger Lakes.  We owe him a debt of gratitude for getting cider apples planted at Cornell during his tenure as pomology professor, and even more so for continuing the cause nationally today.  Can't wait to hear what he has to say...
