Join us for an evening spent steeped in the pleasure of outdoor eating, local to the core cooking and the fantastic-ness that is a Finger Lakes cider pairing dinner. We’re celebrating Emma Frisch’s new cookbook “Feast By Firelight” by bringing her recipes home to the Cider House kitchen. Throughout the evening, we’ll dine and share plates outside and in, toast to the incredible culinary wealth of our region and explore the magic unleashed in Emma’s cookbook for campers, home cooks and professional chefs alike. Emma will be with us all evening to share recipe inspiration and sign cookbooks!

EMMA FRISCH is the cofounder and culinary director of a premier glamping destination in the U.S., Firelight Camps, featured in Vogue, Travel Channel, Wall Street Journal, and Martha Stewart. She was a top finalist on Food Network Star season 10, and lives in Ithaca, New York
