Stephen Wood and Louisa Spencer will talk about Farnum Hill's long strange trip, through cider horticulture, making, and marketing, from the 1980's on. Growing British and European cider apples (many surprises), learning to make cider (never done), explaining dry cider (long way to go), and many more areas will be discussed, with guidance from audience questions.
